Rejuvenating Eye Gel

I have used your products before and love the eye gel! Was looking forward to the new jar dispenser, but it only worked for about a week. It's okay, because it's designed so that I can unscrew the lid and access the product that way. I still am giving a 5 star review because the eye gel is that good!

I really liked that this eye gel was relatively light and non-irritating, but it would take literally about 100 pumps upon initial use to get it out of the bottle. So I was excited when I saw the news it was being re-packaged. Lo and behold, the new jar dispenser is even worse. Not only does the lotion not come out over time, but it becomes a dried-up flaky mess when you get it from opening the jar and it’s practically unusable. Customer service is certainly kind and willing to replace items. But this is just inconvenient and unacceotable at this price point. I don’t plan on purchasing this again until the bottle is improved.

I really like the eye gel but after about a week the pump would not bring up any gel. I have to the unscrew the lid to get to the product.

I absolutely love this eye gel product. Great formulation Michelle. I know the container is new, but it doesn’t work well at all. I have to keep pushing down and down on it for anything to come up. The first one I bought I couldn’t get anything out of it. Try to take it apart to get to the jail, but couldn’t and skin nation was good enough to send me another bottle. But I still have problems with the dispenser. Please look into this dispenser and it is not working properly and it’s frustrating. I plan on going on auto refill with the products that I buy from you because they are simply wonderful and I see a major difference in my skin. I am 69 years old.
