Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days – HASSLE FREE and we will refund the original purchase price of the product.

The following items are non-refundable:

  1. Shipping Charges
  2. Gift Cards

To complete your return, follow these steps:

1. Email info@skinnation.com your return request with the following information:

a. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)

b. Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)

c. Order Number

d. Item/s Purchased

e. Reason for Return

2. Skin Nation will email you a return confirmation.

3. Mail your return back to:

with the following included in the shipment:

a. Original Purchase Receipt

b. A Note Stating Reason for Return

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just email us at info@skinnation.com and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
